There are significant new additions on the way to the service offered by Zest Mixology in terms of cocktail solutions, bartender hire, cocktail waiter hire, and mobile bar bar.

This whole new revamp of the service will be live from 1st December and includes a brand new website that is highly interactive and will showcase some very unique new concepts in hiring cocktail bartenders for your social gathering.

I will update this blog as the web build progresses and look forward to unveiling our exciting news.

Our Zest Mixology team in Ibiza have just returned to the UK after a very successful series of events on the island. The team were booked to serve cocktails from our mirror cocktails bar units on hotel terraces, at beach bars and at many stunning villas on hilltops overlooking the sea. Relaxed holiday guests, energetic party people, superstar DJs and a few celebrities all enjoyed our cocktails that had a special balearic twist.

Zest Mixology will have a team of specialist flair cocktail mixologists based in Ibiza for the full season for June till Sep 2011 to provide quality cocktails served with stylish flair from mobile cocktail bars that can be setup nearly anywhere to deliver to entertain and delight.

Are you staying in a villa in Ibiza this summer?

Now you can enjoy fabulous cocktails served poolside by professional mixologists and glam hostesses.

The mixologists can even perform highly visual flair shows (juggling with bar equipment) to entertain and delight.

Cocktails are served from a stunning mirror bar unit positioned at the side of your pool. You choose what cocktails you would like served from our cocktails online and we design a bespoke menu for each individual booking.

You can even change the names of the cocktails to the names of people within your villa group.

There are still dates available for July 2010.

Here at Zest we get plenty requests for non-alcoholic cocktails during our events and so next month we are launching a NEW selection of drinks that looking stunning, taste fantastic and will keep your head clear all night.

When you hire our bartenders to entertain your guests, they will be able to delight your guests with;

Apple Tease; apple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, pomegrante and ginger beer

Virgin Berry; rasberries, blueberries, freshly squeezed lemon and strawberry lemonade

Virgin Kiwi; kiwi, brown sugar, freshly squeezed lemon and melon lemonade

Sunriser; pineapple juice, orange juice, pomegrante syrup and lemonade

Twisted Classics

The Zest Mixology cocktail menu is now tried and tested and has delighted party guests over over the UK. The cocktails are all based on classics, so you recognise them on the menu, but each have a new spin on them to bring in a new flavour.

The classic Mojito has a premium upgrade and it now the Mojito Royale, which means it is topped up with Champagne instead of soda.

The classic Moscow Mule has evolved into a spicy alternative using Tequila and Kahula instead of Vodka and topped up with ginger beer. Tastes like strong cola cubes and definitely a huge hit with the guys.

The classic Comso has a new flavour twist, it's a Cinnamon Cosmo and this one is a huge hit with the ladies.

There is 10 in total, we are sure you'll find a firm favourite in there.
