Last weekend, Zest Mixology provided a 'Complete Bar Solution' for a Christmas party in Newcastle with 240 guests. The client,  Greggs (who operate more than 1,500 bakery shops around the UK), chose to have a Las Vegas themed event and the cocktail bar service was for a drinks reception for 60 mins before dinner.

Our three cocktail mixologists set up the themed mobile event bar in the afternoon and then prepared 240 cocktails so they were ready on arrival for the 240 guests to pick up. Featured on the menu were Pornstar Martini, Cosmo, Mojito, Dowa, Mexican Mule and non alcoholic Refresher.

Once everybody had a cocktail hand the three cocktail mixologists ensured that everybody got their 2nd cocktail made to order, shaken and served.

This event was held in a large function room of an large Newcastle hotel. Zest Mixology supplied the mobile bar, mixologists, glassware and menus. We then created a 'shopping list' of all the alcohol/ingredients needed and the hotel supplied these. The client paid us for our services and the hotel for the alcohol. This arrangement is very popular as it means that you can have a fabulous cocktail experience in any venue. We will liaise directly with the venue once you have asked us to.
