People often ask how we are able to operate our cocktail events in locations across the UK, from central Scotland to Brighton and everywhere in between. Other people ask how our Ibiza operation works.

The answer is a core team of event managers that drive around the UK in branded vans setting up mobile event bars, glassware, dropping off all the required alcohol, ingredients, ice, freezers, printed cocktail menus and themed lighting at all the events. We operate around 40 events a month.

There are event managers in central Scotland, Yorkshire, Cheshire and Bristol that have local storage locations that are full of the vital components needed to set up a first class drinks service at any event from a 3 hour dinner party to a 12 hour marquee wedding for hundreds of guests.

Once an event manager has set up a mobile event bar and the the required equipment at an event, our cocktail mixologists, flair bartenders and hostesses arrive to serve up whatever drinks the client has specified. We often provide a 'Complete Bar Service' which means our mixologists are serving cocktails, spirits, mixers, wine, beer and soft drinks.

Our national team of cocktail mixologists, flair bartenders and hostesses are based all over the UK, in the key cities.

The event managers then return either at the end of each event or the following day to collect the equipment, return it to the storage locations, wash all the glassware and re pack the vehicles for the next event.

In Ibiza we have a storage location that holds our mobile event bars, glassware, ice freezers and themed lighting from May to October. All these items are driven over to Ibiza from the UK in our branded 4x4s at the start of the season and driven back to the UK in October.

4x4s are essential for our work in Ibiza as many of the villas we visit are only accessible via steep and dusty tracks that Transporter vans have great difficultly with.

In Ibiza we have 2 event managers present for the whole season that attend every event and our UK mixologists fly over to Ibiza for various lengths of time to also work at the events (as many Ibiza weddings in 2011 had 100+ guests). Events are at villas, on yachts and in unique locations all over the island.
