Cocktail Demonstrations by Expert Murdo MacLeod at Wakefield Cathedral Precinct

The Aga Rangemaster Cookery Theatre located on Wakefield Cathedral precinct stages two full days of exciting cookery demonstrations by a selection of great local and regional chefs. Seats are free but are limited so check out the full programme and plan ahead for the sessions you wish to drop in on.

Cocktail & Drinks Expert Murdo MacLeod will be creating three fabulous cocktails on both days. His sessions are as follows:
Friday 25th February 3pm-4pm
Saturday 26th February 3pm-4pm

Murdo MacLeod is the founder of the cocktail entertainment company ‘Zest Mixology’ which supplies flair bartenders, cocktail mixologists and themed event bars to any social gathering in the UK.
Over a decade ago Murdo began his career in the drinks industry working for Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose and Jack Daniels. In his role as Senior Training Manager for these brands he travelled the world visiting the distilleries where they are produced to learn all he could about how they are made and their delightful history. Back in the UK he then went on to train over 5,000 bartenders in the art of
cocktail mixology and a plethora of quirky stories about their favourite brands. Since then Murdo has worked as a national manager for soft drink brands such as Pepsi and Britvic before setting up Zest Mixology to fill a gap in the market for the hire of quality cocktail staff that are real entertainers and quality themed bars for both private and corporate events. RHUBARB & ORANGE COLLINS

Gin
Cointreau
Rhubarb puree
Lime
Sugar syrup
Topped up with soda
