Today we have have two events in Ibiza, one being a cocktail making class for 14 girls at a luxury villa near Ibiza Town. The girls were having a 'Sex in the City' themed week so we designed a special cocktail menu for them, naming each of the cocktails after a star from the series. Our cocktail mixologist for this event led a highly interactive and fun 2 hour session, teaching them how to make cocktails on the menu and every person coming behind the bar to have a go themselves. This ended in rounds of applause, lots of laughter and everyone set for a big night out at Pacha later in the evening.
