'Cocktail Teambuilding' is something which is growing in popularity as a quirky way to gel a corporate team and get them interacting in a fun and relaxed environment.
The brief for this event in Edinburgh was to create a 'cocktail teambuilding' room featuring a mobile event bar, supply a cocktail bartender, cocktail glassware and all the alcohol and ingredients needed for a 2 hour session.
The cocktail bartender first introduced all the cocktail making tools, then described how to make a Mojito in a fun and engaging way. Then all 22 guests came up behind the bar, one by one, making a Mojito with a range of other fruit ingredients on hand. They had to create the drink, talk through what they were doing and tell everyone what the name for their special cocktail creation was.
This ended in lots of laughter, with the overall winner crowned for their creativity and cocktail name.
