These classes are designed to give your staff the confidence and skills to serve great cocktails, quickly and efficiently.
We cover; - how to use the cocktail tools- how to make a build drink- how to make a stirred drink- how to make a shaken drink- balancing flavour- how to make attractive garnishes- cocktail station setup- tips for success
Within one 2.5 hour session we can teach all the basic skills required in cocktail preparation.
We also offer 'follow up' coaching sessions and can can build a bespoke training package around any brief.
