We provide complete cocktail solutions for many corporate drinks receptions, this one was in a stunning castle in the Cheshire countryside for a major car manufacturer.
For this event the brief was to supply two cocktail bartenders, a mobile cocktail bar, glassware and all the alcohol/ingredients needed to run a free bar for 50 guests. There was an added dimension to the brief as the client asked us to provide informal cocktail training for the attendees, just for fun, once they all had a drink in hand. This was a big success with guests getting involved in making Cosmopolitans and Mojitos for the first ever time.
Based in a cellar bar under the castle, we used blue LED striplights to illuminate the bar and room, creating a lovely chilled environment.
