What services can you provide for our event?

We provide everything needed for a complete drinks solution that will delight your customers/clients, leaving you free to chat to them.
Our service can include a mobile event bar, flair mixologists to serve the drinks and juggle with bottles, design of a special drinks menu, sourcing of all wet stock needed, plastic glassware, bartender equipment and a freezer for ice

Can I communicate my brand via your bar and staff?

Yes! Supply us with your logo/communications and we will print these onto vinyls which attach to the front of our event bars. Staff are happy to wear any branded t-shirts

Can you serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails?

Yes, we have 43 cocktail you can choose from in our 'drinks menu' tab, most clients choose 4-6 cocktails to be served at their events

Can we put our company logo on the cocktail menu?

Yes, we will incorporate your logo into the menu design and you can even change the names of the cocktails. Many clients names the cocktails after the products that their business sells or promotes

What is the difference between a cocktail mixologist and a flair mixologist?

Cocktail mixologist are charming entertainers and can quickly make fantastic tasting cocktails. Flair mixologists do all these things and can also juggle with bottles and do highly visual routines to entertain your guests. Think of Tom Cruise in the film 'Cocktail'

What do your mobile event bars look like?

We have event bars from 1 metre to 4 metres in length with illuminated lightbox fronts, mirror fronts or themed fronts. See our 'event bars' tab for the full range

How long does it take to set up the event bar?

Event bar units take 30-60mins to setup depending on what size you book

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we have insurance liability for up to £5,000,000 to work across UK and Europe

How much is the deposit to secure my chosen date

A 50% deposit is needed to secure your chosen date

When does the remaining balance need to be paid

After the deposit is paid, the remainder balance is payable at least 24 hours prior to you event
