What is included in the service in Ibiza?
Our service includes flair cocktail mixologists that juggle with bottles, hostesses that deliver a tray service, themed fire entertainers, unlimited drinks served for an agreed time period, mobile cocktail bars, themed lighting, bespoke menus, glassware and ice freezers.
You can choose one of three packages for staff and equipment, then we charge per head to enable us to serve unlimited drinks for a time period.
Is there a limit to the amount of drinks you serve in the time period booked?
No, we serve unlimited drinks for either 3, 4 or 5 hour periods.
What if I want to extend the length of the serving period?
This is fine, there is an extra charge for this.
How many different cocktails can I have on my cocktail menu?
You can have up to 6 cocktails on the menu for your event. Choose any 6 from the 'ibiza' section on the drinks menu tab
Can you serve wine, spirits and beer?
Yes we can also serve wine, spirits and beer on request.
How much time to do you need to set up prior to starting the service period?
We always arrive at least 60 mins prior to the drinks service commencing.
Are the mixologists multi-lingual?
Our event managers speak both English and Spanish, there is always an event manager on location for your event.
How much is the deposit to secure my chosen date?
A 50% deposit is needed to secure your chosen date.
When does the remaining balance need to be paid?
After the deposit is paid, the remainder balance is payable 7 days prior to you event.
How much notice do I need to give to book your services on the island?
As soon as possible, please phone or email for availability for your chosen date.
Do you have NIE numbers to work in Ibiza?
Yes, we all have NIE numbers.
Do you have insurance to work in Ibiza?
Yes, we have insurance liability for up to £5,000,000 to work across Europe.
