What services can you provide for our wedding reception?
We can supply whatever you want, from a single cocktail mixologist working behind the existing bar in the venue right through to a mobile event bar, flair mixologists to serve the drinks and juggle with bottles, design of a special drinks menu, sourcing of all wet stock needed, beautiful glassware, bartender equipment, mobile PDQs for card payments and a freezer for ice
What cocktails can I choose to be served?
They are 43 different cocktails on our 'drinks menu' page. Choose 6 and we will design and print a special menu for your wedding reception, incorporating any colour theme you have. You can change the names of the cocktails to represent the bride and groom
Can you serve wines, spirits, beer and soft drinks?
Yes, we can operate a full bar service for you
What options are there for sourcing the alcohol and ingredients?
Once you choose the drinks you wish to be served and indicate the number of guests attending, we provide you with a 'shopping list' of all the alcohol and ingredients needed. You can either purchase the alcohol yourself, give the list to the venue to order in or we can purchase it for you on your behalf
How does payment for the drinks work on the day?
You can choose to have a free bar, a free bar up to a certain limit then pay or just a normal paying bar all night
How do you take payments over the bar?
We can accept cash or card payments via mobile PDQs
If we choose the pay bar option, do you charge us for your services?
If you have a pay bar option, we charge a deposit which is returned to you when the bar takings reach an agreed level
What is the difference between a cocktail mixologist and a flair mixologist?
Cocktail mixologist are charming entertainers and can quickly make fantastic tasting cocktails. Flair mixologists do all these things and can also juggle with bottles and do highly visual routines to entertain your guests. Think of Tom Cruise in the film 'Cocktail'
What's included in the hire of a mobile bar?
Hire of a mobile bar includes the bar itself, themed lighting, rubber flooring, electric blender, extension cable and setup/deconstruction
How long does it take to set up the mobile bar?
Mobile bar units take 30-60mins to setup depending on what size you book
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we have insurance liability for up to £5,000,000 to work across UK and Europe
How much is the deposit to secure my chosen date
A 50% deposit is needed to secure your chosen date
When does the remaining balance need to be paid
After the deposit is paid, the remainder balance is payable at least 24 hours prior to you event
Can you organise a license for the sale of alcohol for our marquee or currently unlicensed venue?
Yes, our event managers have personal licenses and can arrange temporary event notices (TENs) which allow the sale of alcohol at your wedding reception
