ZEST Mixology deliver interactive cocktail training for novices, pub bartenders or bar teams.

ZEST's lead trainer previously worked for major spirit brands and has trained over 5,000 bartenders in the last 3 years. He also regularly hosts 'An introduction to Mixology' for complete beginners at The Cooking Rooms in York.

Tailored sessions could be for eager novices wishing to use a shaker at home or professional mixologists with a development aspiration.
