Zest were approached by one of our regular clients to supply amazing Mixologists and stand out cocktails for their annual dinner with the theme of Rio Carnival.
At Zest HQ we created bespoke cocktails for the event bringing in the Rio Carnival theming with bright colours and bold flavours:
Bossa Nova- Spiced Rum, Freshly Squeezed Lemon, Pineapple Juice & Cherry Garnish
Azul Lagoon- White Rum, Blue Curacao, Lemonade & Mint Garnish
Manga Daiquiri- White Rum, Mango Liqueur, Mango Puree & Lime
Dark N Stormy- Dark Rum, Lime & Ginger Beer
